Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist cum Admin Coordinator at Hemas Holdings PLC in Colombo. The role involves handling receptionist duties, clerical tasks, coordination of administrative functions, customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Clerical Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service proficiency
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
