Job description
We’re looking for a friendly and well-organized Reception & Administrative Executive to deliver excellent customer service and provide comprehensive administrative support. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with various administrative and finance-related duties.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, directing them as necessary.
• Maintain a record of external visitors and ensure they are greeted, welcomed, and directed appropriately.
• Coordinate cheque handovers and manage related documentation.
• Update and request stationery stock as needed.
• Organize transport arrangements including airport travel, client visits, and day-to-day transportation. Maintain daily transportation and courier expense reports.
• Make reservations for staff (HBS reservations) and manage courier, including hand delivery notes.
• Create and update timesheets and assist with monthly invoice processing.
• Track and follow up on daily SVAT updates.
• Analyze credit card expenditures and maintain records.
What We’re Looking For:
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 2+ years’ experience as Receptionist or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
