Quality Assurance Specialist

Experience Required: 3-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and services.

2. Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis.

3. Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs.

4. Provide support and maintenance to existing management.

5. Generate and distribute management reports with accuracy and timely manner.

6. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.

7. Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.

8. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.

9. Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.

10. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements.

MIS Skills requirements

1. Good command over MS Office suite.

2. Excellent knowledge in Excel using formulas and functions. Marco knowledge would be added advantage.

3. Should be a quick learner for both system and processes.

4. Out of the box thinking.
