Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals who could handle every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials, maintaining inventory to the delivery of the final product to the customer

Job Duties

· Sourcing materials, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors

· Raising and sending Purchase orders (PO).

· Share a trusting relationship with other stakeholders

· Follow on time with suppliers and ensure production is carried out smoothly and delivered on time.

· Timely completion of routine work and supporting the Supply Chain Executive

· Entering data into the ERP system

Requirements
• GCE A/L qualifications
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics will be an advantage
• Willingness to work long hours
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications & Related etc.
• Excellent communication skills and email etiquettes
• Experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not compulsory
