PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER CUM CASHIER – WATTALA

JOB PROFILE
• Handle all the inquiries and requests for services, pro- vides information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter
• Responsible for admission process, registration of cus- tomers, reservation of appointments, cashiering and oth- er service requests
• Coordinate patients at the OPD, receives the customers and will be directing patients and other visitors to respec- tive departments while coordinating the scheduling of consultants and paramedical services

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Should possesses GCE O/L, A/L or any other professional qualification in PR/Marketing
• Having more than 02 years of experience in similar field would be an added advantage
• Should be conversant with MS Office Packages
• Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to details
