We’re on the lookout for dynamic, experienced Project/ Program Manager to join our Unified Support Team.
As a Project Manager, you will join our Unified Support team where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements.
This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks.
As a Project Manager, you drive the onboarding of new Products in line with Unified Support requirements.
You’re responsible for realizing the intended value of the investments we make. You’re the voice of the customer within the team and ultimately you ensure that we get great customer adoption and satisfaction in what we deliver.
Your team is a part of Unified Support and is focused on developing a world-class onboarding of new products into Unified Support Go-To-Operations processes.
As a Project Manager, you will be expected to:

• Experience with Jira Cloud
• Working Monday to Friday during EU office hours
You are likely a seasoned Project manager looking for a new challenge with the possibility to lead and inspire.
Qualifications
To be a successful Project Manager at IFS, your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to have,
• A university degree or equivalent professional qualifications in project or program management.
• 3+ years of experience in project management within the IT/Software industry.
• You have a track record of successfully managed projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have experience in leading a team and supervising medium to large scale projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; MS Word (Advanced), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS Project (Advanced), MS PowerPoint (Intermediate), MS Teams (Intermediate), MS SharePoint (Intermediate).
• Excellent English language and literacy skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills, taking into account equality, diversity, and inclusivity.
• You are experienced in agile methodologies like SCRUM and proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira and/or Confluence is an advantage.
Additional Qualifications
• PMP, PSM certifications are a plus.
• Agile Certs are advantageous
• Experience in ITIL, ISO 27001
