Responsibilities
• Responsible for creating and improving these agile processes within a team.
• Responsible to coach, mentor and guide consultants to figure out the best solutions for their specific Project challenges
• Work closely with development teams to identify technical dependencies, improve Agile SDLC practices, and drive continuous integration and delivery improvements
• Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices
• Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
• Lead agile workshops for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders.
• Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
• Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model across scrum teams
• Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams

Essential Skills
• 13+ years’ experience in the IT industry.
• Strong experience in Agile, Scrum principles; facilitating the Scrum ceremonies and adopt Scrum framework through coaching, training, and guiding the team.
• Experience in identifying blockers and keeping teams motivated through 1:1 discussions.
• Provide coaching for transitioning teams from traditional to agile delivery practices.
• Support and guide the product owner in properly managing the backlog.
• Aid the team in determining suitable commitments for product backlog items and sprints.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by identifying the appropriate source/resolution.
• Enable the team to self-organize and fill in the intentional gaps left in agile frameworks.
• Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Understand and coach processes to the team.
• Evaluate the maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and adapting to changes.
• Coordinate and lead teams in cross-functional collaborations and communicate status to management
• Exposure to software engineering best practices, including API design, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern frontend/backend frameworks.
• Continuous follow up and dedicated responsibility to ensure sprint closure.
• Proven record of creating new successful processes and improving existing ones.
• Experience in project risk management and financial management
• Experience in ITIL
• Excellent written and oral communication.
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Certified in Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies or KANBAN
