Job description
Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Plans for Mega and A+ Campaigns:

Coordinate with the SZ team, regional teams, Traffic Ops, Marketing, Warehouse, and other local teams as needed to ensure smooth execution.

BAU Campaign Planning and Execution:

Prepare and implement campaign plans while tracking progress to ensure the KPI’s are met.

Huntlist Submissions for Mega and A+ Campaigns:

Oversee and track Huntlist submission statuses, GMV coverage achievement of SKU submissions, and send and track RDHL invites.

Planning, Forecasting, Monitoring, and Reviewing Cross-Border CPs:

Manage Opening TBs and execution of CPs to ensure targets are met.

Update and Manage Key Reporting Systems:

Regularly update the Cross-Border Weekly Business Review (CB WBR), Daily Business Review (DBR), and Venture Calendar.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

Analyze campaign performance: Monitor campaign KPIs such as GMV, SKU performance, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer engagement metrics. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights for improving future campaigns.

Track competitor activities: Stay up-to-date on competitor cross-border activities and market trends to make data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaign strategies.

Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure product compliance: Ensure that all cross-border products meet local regulations and compliance standards (e.g., import laws, safety standards, etc.).Handle quality control issues: Coordinate with suppliers to address any product quality or shipment issues, ensuring that all products meet required standards before being sold.

Continuous Process Improvement:

Optimize operational workflows: Continuously review and enhance cross-border operational workflows for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain Merchandisers Calendar:

Update the merchandisers calendar, covering B campaigns and Brand Days.

Track Out-of-Stock (OOS) Items:

Monitor and follow up on OOS items to ensure campaign continuity.

Documentation Management:

Maintain and organize all Cross-Border related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor of Business Management or a equivalent qualification
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and campaign management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with remote teams.
