Infinite Business Ventures, a leading e-commerce and fashion retail company, is looking for a Project Management Intern to support our dynamic team in executing key business projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about project coordination, business operations, and strategic planning to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across different departments.
• Support the Project Manager and leadership team in coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and project strategies.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports for internal review.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for key business initiatives.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and address any roadblocks.
• Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization to enhance project efficiency.
• Assist in risk assessment and problem-solving related to ongoing projects.
• Work closely with different departments including HR, marketing, and operations to align project goals with business needs.

Qualifications:

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
✔ Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
✔ Interest in e-commerce, fashion retail, and business strategy is a plus
✔ Prior internship experience in project coordination is an added advantage
