Job description
Viridian is a private investment organization that helps founders ideate, incubate and accelerate their businesses with access to capital, advisory and partners. We’re new & young in the investment field and are looking to make our first hire to help grow & manage our portfolio of businesses.We’re looking for dynamic self learners with the ability to take on challenges as the role will continue to evolve with the business.

This role requires traveling to office and visitng potential investments outside of the city.

Responsibilities
• Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar appointments, meetings, and travel for multiple businesses/projects (organize complex calendars and schedules and resolve any scheduling issues.
• Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
Responsible for organizing travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, and hotel accommodation.
• Administration support for meetings as and when required, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, and confirming venues. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post-meeting.
• Gain a surface-level understanding of different technical skills/ business operations managed by the Executive to support any ad-hoc requirements that may arise.
Communicate with different stakeholders across multiple businesses.
• Prepare for meetings/projects by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance.

Requirements
• Experience of two years experience as an Executive Assistant/ Project Manager or in a similar capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to think on their own and make the right decision when needed.
• Critical thinking & problem solving – Ability to make the right decisions in a timely manner and take all necessary information into consideration.
• Excellent knowledge of Google docs/sheets/slides.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound judgment calls when needed.
