About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities and effective communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Support resource allocation and task assignment to ensure project objectives are met.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
