Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Coordinator based in Colombo. The Program Coordinator will manage educational programs, coordinate with faculty and students, ensure smooth program delivery, handle administrative tasks related to program execution, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will provide excellent customer service to students and assist in organizing and managing events and projects.

Qualifications
• Program Management and Program Development skills
• Project Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the higher education sector is a plus
