Production Executive (Ekala)
Keells Food Products PLC, a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is the country’s market leader in processed meat products and has held this position for over three decades. Our company possesses ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certifications. The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products, and soya range products under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.
Job Responsibilities
• Managing daily production processes during the shift.
• Managing quality systems and other related documentation.
• Managing labour and production efficiencies.
• Ensure timely production confirmation and material reservation in SAP and maintain daily production reports.
• Maintaining minimum stock variances in production processes.
Person Specifications
• B. Sc.in Food Science Technology/ or a similar qualification
• 1- 2-year experience in FMCG industry
• Knowledge in MS Office including MS Word and MS Excel and SAP systems.
• Excellent skills in Negotiation and Team working.
