The Job
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for our digital consumer Lending products. From ideation and development to launch and optimization, you will ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
• Utilize your strong analytical skills to interpret data and consumer behavior, informing product decisions and strategies. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Understand and anticipate consumer needs and preferences in the digital space. Leverage this knowledge to create compelling and user-friendly Consumer lending solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Strict compliance with regulatory, operational, risk and statutory requirements. A strong understanding of digital lending products and consumer finance is essential.
The Person
• Minimum of 05 years proven experience in Product Management, preferably within the digital lending or financial services industry
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior in the digital landscape.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Fintech / Digital Banking or similar discipline
• Professional qualification in Project Management/MBA would be advantageous
