As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team.Role Overview:As the Product Head for Pension Loans, you will be responsible for developing operational and technical aspects of the product, training marketing staff, implementing growth strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also organize and participate in promotional activities to drive product success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage operational and technical aspects of the Pension Loan product.
Train and develop marketing staff to effectively promote the product.
Implement strategies to drive overall product growth.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Organize and participate in promotional activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Banking & Finance (added advantage).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Product Development, or Operations related to Pension Loans.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
