Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Admin Assistant to join our centralized Procurement & Administration Department for a high-end boutique hotel chain operations. The ideal candidate will support procurement operations, manage administrative / purchasing tasks and handle logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services for hotel operations, ensuring alignment with quality and budget requirements.
· Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
· Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
· Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment processes.
· Provide administrative support to the Procurement & Administration Department.
· Organize and maintain departmental documentation and filing systems.
· Assist in preparing procurement and admin reports for management review.
· Support in budgeting and cost tracking for procurement activities.
· Maintain proper communication with all required levels of the hotels & assist in managing logistics coordination for hotel supply chains.
· Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to the respective hotels within the deadlines..
Qualifications and Skills:
· Part qualification in Professional studies of Procurement / Logistics / Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in procurement, administration, or logistics roles. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
· Familiarity with procurement tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Valid riding / driving license (mandatory).
· Positive attitudes , problem-solving mindset, and excellent team player.
