Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director. The role requires a highly organized individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communication Management: Act as the primary liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners; manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Schedule Coordination: Maintain and organize the calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Event Planning: Organize events as required.
• Document Preparation: Draft, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze performance data, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide insights to drive improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Discretion and Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information with utmost trustworthiness.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities. English will be the main language of communication. Knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil will be a definite advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with standard office equipment and applications.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Management OR Diploma /Certification in relevant filed
