Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards, while staying ahead of recruitment trends. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth onboarding and excel in attracting top talent. You’ll drive retention through engaging development programs and implement HR policies aligned with our business strategy. Oversee performance appraisals, manage grievances fairly, and provide key insights through HR metrics. Lead and support the HR team in daily operations and projects. Requirements:

We seek a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field and a minimum of 2-4 years of HR experience, including 1-2 years at executive level. Experience in the IT/ITES/Tech industries are a plus. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws, all HR aspects including recruitment and onboarding, and a proven track record in building positive employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, proficiency in MS Office and HR software, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively is crucial.
