Your main focus will be to create an engaged community through innovative strategies, events, and programs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and implement expert sessions, both online and offline, coordinating with external experts under the guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct sessions on a smaller scale, both online and offline, to provide personalized engagement opportunities for Parenthrive club members.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute sessions effectively, ensuring alignment with club objectives and member needs.
• Continuously assess and improve session formats and content based on feedback and evolving member needs.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient internal processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and distribution of internal reports, summaries, and updates.
• Participate in internal strategy meetings, providing insights and suggestions for process improvements and team efficiency.
• Monitor and report on the progress of various internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Support the management of project documentation and ensure proper filing and accessibility for team members.
