Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet company objectives.
2. Identify and engage potential customers through various online platforms.
3. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and close sales.
4. Manage and optimize e-commerce listings to maximize sales performance.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
6. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
7. Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns.
8. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.
9. Provide regular reports on sales performance and KPIs.
10. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
11. Continuously seek ways to improve the online sales process and customer experience.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce.
