Job description
Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka (Inc.), the leader in Human Resource Management, which is fast expanding to meet the current and emerging demands of the HR Profession, requires a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to fill the vacancy of the Officer – Study Programmes (Kandy Regional Centre).

The suitable candidates should be a pleasant and outgoing personality, energetic, self-motivated, and positive-minded who is willing to take responsibility and take initiative to handle assigned tasks within specific time limits. He/she should be adaptable to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Management:

Oversee the coordination and administration of all study programmes, ensuring high standards in delivery, compliance, and student satisfaction. Maintain close interaction with students, lecturers, and management to ensure programmes run smoothly.

Student Enrollment & Support:

Manage the end-to-end student enrollment process, from initial inquiries to registration and onboarding.

Business School Operations:

Ensure the efficient operation of the Business School, handling logistical needs, managing timetables, classrooms, and learning materials. Work closely with faculty to ensure programme schedules and resources are optimized for smooth delivery.

Event & Workshop Coordination:

Organize and manage seminars, workshops, and corporate training sessions to meet the needs of regional businesses and individuals.

Budgetary and Performance Targets:

Work towards achieving the financial and operational goals set by the CIPM Head Office, ensuring that revenue and student enrollment targets are met.

Marketing & Promotions:

Implement localized marketing strategies to promote study programmes, ensuring strong engagement with potential students and corporate clients.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of student progress, programme performance, and financial data. Provide comprehensive reports to the Head Office to ensure ongoing quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• A recognized professional/Academic qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in programme coordination or business school operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in IT, particularly in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage student and staff relationships.
