We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office errands and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our Sri Lanka office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent Office Coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal multitask skills. You will be comfortable dealing with employees and able to carry out random office duties as they arise with confidence. The goal is to ensure that office operations run smoothly at the Sri Lanka office and are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as one of the key points of contact for main office inquiries, such as maintenance, ordering supplies, Jolera devices handling, equipment repair, in and out office access management.
• Maintain responsibility for general office upkeep and “look and feel.”
• Ensure office is stocked with proper items for operation like coffee, cleaning supplies etc.
• Ensure the office kitchen is fully stocked with key items and is clean/organized/hygienic.
• Keep on-top of existing cleaning team for coordination and scheduling.
• Organize office scheduling for local Sri Lanka employees working in the office.
• Work with the People & Culture team to provide transportation coordination if necessary for office employees.
• Assist with organizing office events and other meeting group activities as part of the Jolera internal Culture Committee member.
• Coordination of any evening activities for employees and leaders traveling to the Sri Lanka office.
• Other office related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Should be residing in Colombo
• 2-3 years proven work experience in an office administrative support role.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• A valid Driver’s license.
• A self-starter with a high degree of energy and careful attention to detail.
• Highly flexible, creative problem solver, with a strong ability to multi-task.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism.
• Superb organizational and time-management skills
