🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 8 AM – 5 PM

Are you an organized and proactive professional looking for a dynamic role? We’re expanding our team at Advanced Cleaning Services (Pvt) Ltd. and are looking for an Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day operations and support our growing janitorial services business!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Track attendance of janitorial staff at various service sites.
✅ Manage and update inventory using our in-house software.
✅ Draft and issue quotations and invoices.
✅ Handle salary float and petty cash transactions.
✅ Respond to phone calls and emails, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
✅ Assist with salary document preparation and payroll support
✅ Maintain office files, schedule meetings, and oversee general office administration.
✅ Coordinate with external vendors and support janitorial site operations.
What We’re Looking For:
🎯 Prior experience in office administration (janitorial/services industry experience is a plus)
🎯 Proficiency in office software (inventory and payroll management systems)
🎯 Excellent communication and organizational skills
🎯 Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
