Responsibilities:
– Perform general office administrative tasks.
– Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction
– Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
– Maintain and organize office files and records.
– Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
– Handle data entry and ensure the accuracy of information.
– Support other staff with administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in using computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong communication skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
