Job Title: Nursery School English Medium Teacher

Location: Gelioya, Sri Lanka

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

For Qualified Teachers: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. TESL/TESOL certification is a plus.

For Non-Qualified Teachers: Passion for teaching young children and a good command of English. Previous experience in teaching or childcare is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a nurturing and engaging curriculum for young children.

Create a safe and stimulating environment for learning and play.

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Assess and document children’s progress and development.

Requirements:

Fluent in English.

Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
