# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
【~】✪ Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred). KA
【~】✪ Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or factory setting.
【~】✪ Experience in providing first aid, emergency care, and health assessments.
【~】✪ Knowledge of workplace safety standards and occupational health regulations.
【~】✪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
【~】✪ Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
【~】✪ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage medical records.
【~】✪ Basic knowledge of industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and workplace wellness programs.

【~】✪ Provide immediate medical care to employees in the event of injuries, accidents, or illness at the factory.
【~】✪ Provide wound care and dressing changes based on best practices and patient needs.
【~】✪ Conduct basic regular health checks and wellness screenings (blood pressure, vision, etc.)
【~】✪ identify potential health risks, implement preventive measures, and fostering a healthy work environment to avoid illnesses.
【~】✪ Advise employees on health-related issues, including preventive care and hygiene practices.
【~】✪ Conduct health training & programs, including First Aid, ergonomic assessments, stress management, and health education initiatives.
【~】✪ Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
【~】✪ Coordinate with external healthcare providers or specialists when necessary.
【~】✪ Maintain first-aid supplies and medical equipment inventory and ensure that the department’s first aid kits are fully stocked and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
【~】✪ Ensure the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the general incident registry, documenting all workplace accidents, injuries, and related events.
【~】✪ Keep an organized inventory of all medical supplies and ensure items are readily available for use.
【~】✪ Maintain and update medical records for employees and ensure confidentiality.
