Medical Sales Representative

Job description

We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for Medical Representatives for a leading pharmaceutical company based in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.

✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

✅ Conduct product presentations and educate medical professionals on product benefits.

✅ Achieve sales targets and market share objectives in the assigned territory.

✅ Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize effectively.

✅ Ensure timely reporting and maintain accurate customer records.

✅ Participate in conferences, seminars, and promotional events as required.

Requirements

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related field (preferred).

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and build long-term relationships.

✔️ A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned
