Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparation of samples for testing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory equipment and workstations.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of laboratory results.
• Follow safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Support senior laboratory technicians in day-to-day operations.
• Proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste following lab safety standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Prior experience as a lab assistant is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
