About the role

To promote the Haleon products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) by means of Scientific engagement according to the Haleon guidelines.

Key responsibilities
Create demand for Haleon brands by delivering scientific product messages and campaigning to the doctors and highlighting features and benefits of Haleon Products. Handling concerns and questions related to the products and satisfying customer needs based on product attributes. Developing the Must-See List (MSL), Pharmacy list, PJP and daily call plan in alignment with expert marketing guidelines. Achieving the doctor/ chemists reach and coverage, Prescriber, Volume & Value targets as specified by business units. Maintenance of hospital, chemist information and following up on the product movement and distribution frequencies. Monitoring stock availability and short expiries of products and ensuring product availability through the relevant internal and external parties. Co-ordination with the distributor sales representatives by following up with the DSR itineraries and updating them on new product promotions. Develop territory business plan (BP) by effectively identifying territory overview, territory, and brick level performance, focus areas and action plan. Maintain and ensure movements of all Haleon products and prepare reconciliations of both trading and sample goods to and from the medical fraternity. Maintaining the expert marketing trackers Sample, Lunch & Learn, Daily Calls, Promotional Materials issue & receive, RCPA information, Remote reach, etc.

Qualifications and skills

Essential
Should have passed A/L A degree or part qualification in CIM/SLM will be advantageous. Ability to effectively communication in English More than 1to 2-year experience in Sales & Marketing / Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry would be advantageous. Should be computer literate.

Preferred

Knowledge
Basic Scientific knowledge on body systems. Disease Product Knowledge (DPK) Competency in any detailing model

Technical Skills
Basic selling skills Good communication in English Ability to comprehend and apply. Computer literacy (MS Office)
