We are a forward-thinking concept and creative agency for small boutique hotels, dedicated to promoting sustainability and social responsibility within the tourism and hospitality sector. We believe in the power of collaboration and creativity to drive positive change.
We are looking for a junior marketing & social media coordinator to work alongside our founder and creative director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
• Oversee and manage social media accounts for our hospitality clients, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Content Creation:
• Create compelling social media content for our agency that reflects our brand values and resonates with our audience.
• Collaborate with the creative team on innovative content ideas and campaigns.
• Lead Generation:
• Support the studio’s lead generation efforts by identifying and pursuing potential opportunities.
• Creative Brainstorms:
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm sessions, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Collaboration Initiatives:
• Identify and propose potential collaboration opportunities and initiatives to promote social responsibility in tourism
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or lead generation is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
