Role Overview:
As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business initiatives, building strong client relationships, and creating marketing strategies that align with our growth ambitions. You’ll work closely with senior management to execute our vision, establish a strong market presence, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to launch and grow a new business
project.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive brand awareness.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Analyze and report on business development and marketing activities to optimize performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a B2B or SaaS env
ironment.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, sales strategies, and business growth planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of new projects from concept to execution.
• Results-driven, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
