About the Job

Lead Generation: Initiates discussions with HR Business Partners, customizes and shares email proposals, and hosts or organizes business events. The job may require outstation travel as per requirement and all necessary arrangements to it will be taken care of (including ticket booking, meals, accommodation, logistics, and other expenses). As new startup verticals are being established, the intern will have the opportunity to gain experience in building an entire business from scratch. A 360-degree learning exposure is provided, accompanied with a multitasking job.

Job Description

Working Hours – Monday to Saturday – 10:00 a.m – 7:00 p.m

Responsibilities
• Lead Generation : Initiating discussion with HR Business Partners / Accounts or Admin Managers / concerned stakeholders of Corporates/ companies / business institutions through calling and seeking a scope for Tie Up with Team ABC.
• Customizing and sharing mail proposals
• Event coordination / Networking- Hosting Events / Organising Business events and MEETUPS/ Field Coordination as required. Networking through Attending business conferences / meetups / Client visit and presentation as Required.
• Online promotion : Lead / data generation through online platforms/ databases /social media promotions & other digital tools .
• Research – Help Management in conducting Market survey/ Competitor analysis Recent market trends, marketing strategy formulation.
• Branding and brand promotion.
• Client servicing, basic operations and documentation, proposal customisation, creative content designing, relationship management, costing and vendor coordination.

Background: Sales , Marketing , Public relations

Minimum Study Level: Associate Degree

Skills Required: Communication , Sales , Event Planning

Language Proficiency: English

Salary: 30000 INR per month (⋍ Rs. 103,896.00/month)
