Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Drive Strategy: Own the social media strategy and vision for both Victrix Tech and our clients, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

🔹 Lead Campaigns: Design and execute high-impact social media campaigns with measurable outcomes—your strategies will set the direction.

🔹 Optimize & Analyze: Utilize advanced analytics and insights to continuously improve performance, ad spend, and overall campaign effectiveness.

🔹 Community & Brand Management: Maintain an authentic, consistent brand voice across all platforms, while fostering community engagement at scale.

🔹 Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Sales and Leadership teams to ensure social strategies are integrated into broader marketing and business efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

📈 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of social media management experience, with a strong background in campaign strategy, content creation, and performance tracking.

🔧 Advanced Skills: Expertise in social media platforms, content management tools, SEO, data analytics, and digital marketing principles.

📊 Leadership & Results: Demonstrated success in leading campaigns, managing teams, and driving significant results for brands. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
