Responsibilities
• Ensure the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of skilled employees to meet business needs while maintaining an efficient workforce plan.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and drive retention strategies to minimize turnover.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes, set KPIs, and ensure continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance employee productivity and growth.
• Identify training needs, organize skill development programs, and ensure employees are equipped to meet evolving business demands.
• Administer payroll, incentives, and benefits in alignment with company policies to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies while managing employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
• Streamline HR processes, maintain HRIS, and enforce company policies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Drive cultural initiatives, support leadership in organizational change, and align HR strategies with business goals to enhance company performance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Management / Business Administration
• 7 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
