Job description
Our client, an esteemed group of companies, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented candidate for the Manager – Finance Operations position.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage and supervise financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as ad-hoc financial reports.
• Ensure the seamless execution of daily financial operations, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong banking relationships while overseeing all related documentation and transactions.
• Manage financial aspects of taxation, imports, and exports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Facilitate and coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Part or fully qualified in CIMA, CA, ACCA, or an equivalent certification.
• Over 7 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the construction sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
