Job Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for day-to-day Financial Management of the Company.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports, interim accounts, statements, and analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the Group.
• Lead the process of preparing the annual plans, reforecasts and monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and the Group policies.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the Company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and risk management activities.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement and implement appropriate measures.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, and training.

Person Specifications
• Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Qualified in ICASL / CIMA / ACCA and Basic degree in Finance and Accounting field is preferred.
• Knowledge on accounting standards and various tax laws.
• Thorough knowledge in financial and management accounting, planning and taxation.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
