As we continue to expand our digital marketing capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for client campaigns.
• Supervising the quality of digital marketing communications solutions to ensure they are in line with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, and account management to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including but not limited to CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support campaign execution and performance.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to digital advertising and consumer privacy.
Requirements
• Proven experience (4 years) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
