Requirements:
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales & sales management.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to leverage technology for sales performance.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while focusing on delivering exceptional results.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and stay ahead of market trends.
