Role Description

Manager – Contract Administration is responsible for supporting the management and administration of all contractual aspects of construction projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with contract terms, managing variations and claims, and assisting in the resolution of disputes. The chosen individual will work closely with consultants, Project Teams, Clients and specialists to ensure that contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
• Professional; Preferably a Chartered Civil Engineer
• Academic; Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University.
• A Master’s degree or additional certifications in contract management or construction law is an advantage.

Experience
• Minimum of 5-7 of Post qualifications experience at Senior level in contract administration in the Construction Industry.
• Experience in managing contracts for medium to large scale construction projects is highly desirable.

Skills
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, including FIDIC, SBD or similar standard forms.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in contract documentation, claims preparation, and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Remuneration

Top industry level which can be negotiated.
