Job description
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the following job responsibilities in our Consumer Banking Network.
Job Profile:
• Guide the branch staff of the zone on day-to-day branch operations and compliance.
• Ensure operational excellence in all branches in the zone
• Ensure zero or minimal operational losses and a minimum “Expected Standards Met“audit rating
• Monitor and ensure the adherence of branch staff to policies and procedures as per the branch operations manual/branch visits supported by branch observation reports
• Ensure that all junior operational staff of branches are trained on operational procedures and ensure that operational losses are minimized at branches
• Follow up and coordinate on all operational, audit and compliance issues with the relevant stake holders

• Ability to identify potentials risk
Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 08 years’ experience in Banking with 04 years at managerial level, and hands on experience in branch operations
OR
• Minimum of 07 years’ experience in Banking with 03 years at managerial level and hands on experience in branch operations
• A Degree or a Professional Qualification
