The job
• Manage tasks related to post credit approvals: preparation of security documentation, limit management and disbursements.
• Safe keeping of securities, security documents and ensure proper management of Insurance policy renewals.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies, legal requirements, operational procedures and industry regulations, while making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records, prepare credit reports, and provide regular updates to the Management on credit portfolio performance.
• Support product development related User Acceptance Testing and lead operational automation projects.

The Person
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Administration, preferably in the Banking or Finance Industry.
• Hands -on exposure in credit products (Leasing, SME, invoice financing, Mortgage Loans, etc.)
• Previous exposure in process improvements, operational excellence and/or Lean Six Sigma workflows would be a definite plus.
• Bachelor’s qualification in a related field.
• Exceptional level of attention to detail in documentation handling.
