We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and result driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. As a Management trainee, you will assist in developing marketing strategies, market research, campaign development and social media management.

Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day operations in Sales and Marketing
• Support with planning & delivery of brand related activities.
• Contribute to marketing activities and campaigns to help grow and strengthen the brand
• Assist in conducting market research to learn about consumer requirements, habits and latest marketing trends
• Support the team in social media engagement and lead generation efforts.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding marketing results
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Full / Part qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
