We are seeking a Lecturer (Tenure Track) for our Department of Business Management at the Matara Center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and a passion for teaching and research.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in Business Management-related subjects.

Conduct research and contribute to publications in reputable journals.

Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.

Participate in curriculum development and review.

Engage in departmental and institutional activities.

Minimum Requirements’ 1st or 2nd class honors four-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, or Management.

At least one year of experience in teaching at the undergraduate level or satisfactory industrial experience.

Evidence of research output (e.g., conference/journal articles, research reports, etc.).
