Job Title: Motion Graphics and Animation Lecturer & Program Leader

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Motion Graphics and Animation Lecturer with expertise in Game Design. This role involves teaching and leading our program, shaping the future of creative education in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Motion Graphics, Animation, and Game Design program.
• Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth.
• Collaborate with industry professionals and integrate real-world projects into the curriculum.
• Contribute to the overall academic development and administration of the program.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Game Design, or a related field from a UK or US university. We offer our degrees in partnership with Northumbria University UK, so having experience from the UK, Europe, or the US is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification professional experience.
• Previous experience in education is an added advantage but not essential.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional work in motion graphics, animation, and game design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
