Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive at LB Finance PLC in Colombo. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for commercial leasing, lease negotiations, lease administration, conducting market research, and managing leases on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations skills
• Lease Administration and Knowledge of Leases
• Market Research expertise
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
