Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Learning Experience Designer to also serve as a part-time trainer. The successful candidate will develop and implement learning strategies and programs, as well as conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of our customers and partners in the EMEA/APJ region.
You will deliver expert training on Sitecore’s software and solutions to a diverse audience, including marketers, developers, and administrators. This role requires staying abreast of developments in personalization, Experience Management, and SaaS software.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have a passion for training, a technical background, and demonstrated expertise in instructional delivery. While prior experience with Sitecore is preferred, we are open to candidates with the ability to learn technical skills.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement learning strategies that align with our organizational goals.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars within EMEA business hours as needed.
• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours as needed to train.
• Continuously improve our learning curriculum using the latest educational techniques.
• Evaluate the impact of training programs, using feedback and metrics to enhance future initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other trainers to ensure consistent training delivery.
• Provide light technical support internally and externally.
• Handle various minor technical tasks as needed.
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital learning content development for Sitecore products, applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Regularly update training content to reflect new software releases and changes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop learning solutions that meet business needs.
• Explore new learning models and content design templates.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in L&D, training, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with HTML, Javascript, and CSS
• Deep knowledge of modern training techniques and corporate learning tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in online marketing, personalization, and SEO.
• Extensive background in eLearning and instructional design, including multimedia content creation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent writing skills for creating instructional text and scripts.
• Graduate degree in digital learning design, education, or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical skills with one or more of the following: React, Next.js, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CMS/Experience Management software
• Proficient with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, and Articulate Rise.
