As a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions. You’ll work closely with a diverse and skilled team, ensuring that our products excel in stability, performance, maintainability, usability, and security.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret and analyze functional and technical requirements to develop scalable software solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade applications with a focus on performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and innovation.
• Continuously improve existing systems to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
Education: A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Experience: 6-7+ years of hands-on expertise with Java and Oracle PLSQL.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (Angular experience is a plus!).
Strong Fundamentals: Deep understanding of OOP concepts and software design principles.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to solve complex problems and optimize software performance.
Proactive Attitude: Takes initiative, embraces responsibility, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Learning: A natural curiosity for exploring new technologies and industry trends.
