Job description

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

– Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

– Collaborate with the sales team and presales to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

– Manage his/her KPIs and deliver the results on a monthly/quarterly basis

– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

– Conduct product presentations, organize workshops and demonstrations to potential clients.

– Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to VP – Sales.

– Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Key Skills:
• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales processes, techniques and strategies.
• Lead Generation: Ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to creatively and effectively engage with clients, present products, and negotiate deals.
• Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions, addressing any challenges that arise during the sales process.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
• Presentation Skills: Competence in conducting product presentations to potential clients.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a passion for technology. Strong understanding of software products, solutions and relevant trends in the industry.
