A Day in the Life of Our Team:
We ensure our customers get the best value from our software. We train them on its use, configure the system to match their business requirements, and find innovative solutions to real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements and configure our software to meet business needs.
• Deliver online user training in English on the OrangeHRM software.
• Engage with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Contribute to user guides and software documentation.
• Become a trusted advisor for our clients and advocate for their needs within OrangeHRM.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
• Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, and status updates to deliver projects effectively.
• Aid the sales organization in pre-sales activities to win new business.
What We Are Looking For
• Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and an outgoing personality
• Fluent oral and written communication in English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
• Passion for helping people understand and use technology effectively.
• Domain knowledge in Human Resources Management is an added advantage.
Senior-Specific Responsibilities
• Lead complex implementation projects and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and implement advanced strategies and solutions for software configuration.
• Act as a senior escalation point for critical implementation issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in implementation processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align software solutions with business goals.
• Oversee the performance and development of the implementation team.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance implementation efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably in HR software.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex implementation projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing high-level client relationships.
