Lead – Content Writer
We are looking for a Creative Writer who’s full of exciting ideas. Someone who is idea first (puts concept before execution) and is able to converge team feedback and originality into successful content strategy and campaigns. A quick learner and self starter keen to experiment and test creative concepts but understands both digital (Web, Social, SEM, the full works) and traditional (we do the occasional press ad and OOH ads) mediums.

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize new campaign ideas, slogans, taglines, and messaging strategies.
• Research: Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information, statistics, and insights that enhance the quality and credibility of the content.
• Content Creation: Develop captivating and original content for a wide range of digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and more.
• Innovation: Explore innovative storytelling formats, interactive content, and experimental approaches to engage audiences in new and exciting ways.
• Maintain a consistent and on-brand tone of voice across all written materials, ensuring that the messaging aligns with the client’s identity and values.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to project guidelines before final delivery.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and account managers to integrate written content seamlessly into multi-channel campaigns.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to gather insights, understand requirements, and articulate the strategic rationale behind content choices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the creative process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continually enhance the agency’s creative output.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an impeccable grasp of grammar and language.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative writing projects and the ability to adapt writing style to different tones and audiences (if you don’t have a portfolio, we will provide you with a simple writing exercise)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and an aptitude for incorporating SEO strategies into content.
• Proficiency in using content management systems, social media platforms, and other digital tools (would be an advantage).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Creative thinking and a passion for staying at the forefront of content trends.
• Experience in agency or freelance writing roles is a plus.
